Do note that we are essentially an engineering firm and thus we are only able to design based on engineering drawing with exact dimensions and basic shapes. Customers with special designs (eg company logo, artistic designs etc.) will need to provide their own CAD file.

Yes we do. However, due to the fixed costs involved, there will be savings from economy of scale and low quantity jobs will be charged at a higher rate.

A minimum charge of $15.00 applies to any order you place with us, regardless of the material used.

Yes we do. However, note that the charges will be higher for such parts as we have to spend a lot of time taking measurements and in most cases, do sample cuts to make sure it is as near as possible to the sample you provided.

Due to the nature of the process, it is inevitable that there is a need to have some tolerances for dimensions. Thus we are confident that the part will be near identical but it is not possible for it to be exactly the same.

At Latech Engineering, we take pride is ensuring the best possible quality cuts with the resources that we have. However, technical limitations mean that for thicker material (eg mild steel and stainless steel more than 8mm thick), the finishing will not be as smooth as the thinner material.

For surface finishing, it is inevitable that there may be scratches on the material due to the machine design and handling of material though we do try to minimize that. For special finish stainless steel like Hairline, BA and Mirror (#8), our material come with a PVC film to protect the surface.

For products requiring CNC bending, there will always be some deviation but we always strive to keep the tolerances within 0.5mm. Do let us know which particular dimension you require to be very accurate so we can compensate for it accordingly as we bend.
