LASERCUTTING
We are able to accurately process a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, wood, acrylic and brass etc.
We keep stock of materials which thickness are more commonly used but we are also able to provide laser cutting services for customers who wish to provide their own materials.
Our machines are able to take in a maximum sheet size of 5 feet by 10 feet (1.5m by 3m).

The maximum thickness of commonly processed materials are stated below:

*Finishing may deteriorate with thicker material. The materials stated here are not exhaustive, do contact us if you have enquiries regarding the processing of other materials.
For stainless steel, we keep stock of grade 304 and 316 with finishing 1B, 2B, hairline, BA and mirror (#8). Finishing and grade available depends on thickness.
For aluminum, we only keep stock of grade 5052.
We do not keep stock for wood (MDF, plywood etc.) and customers have to provide their own material.
For acrylic, we only keep stock of clear (transparent, colorless) ones.

Our bending machines have a maximum tonnage of 100 tonnes and we are able to bend materials of up to 3000mm long. Materials up to 6mm can be bent, depending on the width of the item. Do check with us if we are able to process the item you want.
Our expertise in bending enables us to process complicated parts for our customers to good precision. The precision of our bended parts makes it much easier for after-cut processes and helps you to achieve greater efficiency and finer quality parts.
CNC BENDING
Our bending machines have a maximum tonnage of 100 tonnes and we are able to bend materials of up to 3000mm long. Materials up to 6mm can be bent, depending on the width of the item. Do check with us if we are able to process the item you want.

FABRICATION
Through links with our partners, we are able to provide fabrication services as well. These include but are not limited to:
- Welding of stainless steel, steel and aluminium etc.
- Rolling of sheet metal to shapes like cylinders etc.
- Shearing of thin materials
- Box up of signage letterings and numbers
- Fabrication of structures using tubes/pipes
- Powder coating (for bigger quantities)
